Winning at poker is not all about the cards that you are holding. It is fair to say that most players will win most of the time if they are getting great cards. But you cannot rely on luck if you want to win.
It is also fair to say that even with average 'luck' you can only expect to get pocket cards a small percentage of the time. So learning how to win involves learning how to play less than premium hands.
